ABOUT UPBEAT
Upbeat was created in May 2020 by Canberra musician and industry-worker, Ruth O'Brien, to help get opportunities, news and grant information to the Canberra music industry. It was intentionally named Upbeat to try to help ease the situation of an industry in crisis during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Upbeat comes out every second Wednesday at 6:30pm AEST. If you have anything you'd like to submit in the way of grants, jobs, competitions or other opportunities for Canberra musicians and industry professionals, email Ruth at musicindustrycanberra@gmail.com
